Rockland Images Project

The Rockland Images project began in early January 2005 with a printed survey of libraries' postcard and photograph collections. Each library has a copy of the survey. Beginning in the fall 2005, libraries began scanning their collections to mount on this site. The development of this site will be ongoing until all participating libraries have been included. For further information concerning these images, contact the individual library linked in the description.

Monies appropriated to LARC by the Rockland County Legislature and County Executive C. Scott Vanderhoef were used to support this project and other programs, all designed to benefit library users.
