VCL, 10:00am-5:00pm: Spring Sojourn to Storm King Art Center (Our art adventure begins at 10am with coffee & danish. Art historian Irene Wisoff will present an in depth slide-lecture of all the sculpture you will view. At 11:15am you’ll be whisked away to the country where we’ll have a lovely lunch at Painters Restaurant among the original art of local artists. Next, you’ll be treated to a 2-hour grand tour of the outdoor sculpture garden by Ms. Wisoff. Storm King Art Center is beautiful and every weather condition gives a different character to the works and adds new dimension to the outdoor visual experience.
